Talk to us
One address for everything: [email protected]. It goes to the people building Takallam, and a person answers it — in English or Arabic.
Four things people email us for
Same address for all of them. Put the topic in the subject line and it gets to the right person faster.
A demo or an evaluation
A demo is a working walkthrough of the console built around your use case, not a slide deck. The waitlist form is the fastest way in, because it already asks the things we would need before booking one.
Join the waitlistPartnerships and integrations
Agencies, system integrators, PMS and CRM vendors, and telecom partners. Tell us what you build, who you build it for, and where you think the overlap is.
Press and analysts
Put "press" in the subject. We will answer what the product does today and say plainly what is not built yet. We will not confirm customer names or performance figures, because there are none to confirm.
About TakallamTechnical and security questions
API, webhooks, SDKs, data residency, retention, access control, or a security questionnaire ahead of procurement. Send it to the same address and it reaches someone who can answer it properly.
Developer docsEvaluating Takallam? Start with the waitlist
Takallam is pre-launch and we are onboarding a first cohort in the UAE. The waitlist form asks the four things that have to be on the table before a useful conversation is possible — what you do, which channels you need, roughly how many conversations a month, and what systems should be connected. Email works too, but it will begin with us asking you exactly that.
- It takes about a minute, and it does not start a drip sequence.
- Rates are quoted per channel against your real volume, not read off a public price list.
- Joining commits you to nothing.

What makes an email easy to answer
Write to [email protected] with as much of this as you have. It is the difference between a reply that answers your question and a reply that asks you five more.
- The channels you need — QR voice, in-app and web chat, phone, or a combination.
- The languages your customers use, and whether they switch between them mid-sentence.
- Roughly how many conversations a month. A wide range is fine.
- Anything that has to connect — a PMS, a CRM, an order database, a rota.
- The date you are working to, if there is one.

Everything there is to know about reaching us
One address
[email protected] covers evaluation, partnership, press and technical questions. There is no ticket portal to log into and no phone menu to sit through.
Two languages
Write in English or in Arabic — Emirati or Gulf dialect is completely fine. You get a reply in the language you wrote in.
Where we are
Takallam is built and run in the United Arab Emirates. Your data sits in the UAE region by default, and so do the people answering your email.
Before you write
How do I contact Takallam?
Email [email protected]. That single address covers demos, partnerships, press, procurement and technical questions, and it reaches the team building the product rather than a queue.
Is there a phone number I can call?
Not a published one. Takallam is pre-launch and email or the waitlist form is the fastest way in. Once a conversation has started we are happy to get on a call, and we will send you a number then.
Can I book a demo?
Yes. Ask at [email protected], or join the waitlist and mention it in the message field. A demo is a working walkthrough of the console using your own use case — your channels, your languages, your kind of question — not a slide deck.
Do you work with agencies and integrators?
Yes, and it is worth writing early. Agencies, system integrators and platform vendors who already sit between businesses and their support stack are a natural fit for the first cohort. Same address, with "partnership" in the subject.
Where is Takallam based?
The United Arab Emirates. We do not publish a street address while the company is pre-launch, and email reaches us considerably faster than post would.
Can you answer a security questionnaire before we talk commercially?
Yes. Send it to [email protected]. We will answer what is true today — data residency, encryption, retention control, access control — and we will say clearly where a certification is not yet held rather than leaving the box ambiguous.
Tell us what you need answered
If you are evaluating Takallam for a business, the waitlist is the fastest route. For anything else, one email does it.
