Website terms of use
These terms cover this website. They are not the agreement for the Takallam product — that is a separate, signed document, and it wins wherever the two differ. Last updated 4 August 2026.
What these terms apply to
These terms govern your use of takallam.ai and everything published on it — the pages, the text, the images, the code examples and the forms.
They are not a product agreement. If a business signs up for Takallam, that relationship is governed by a separate written agreement covering the service, data processing, fees, service levels and liability. Where that agreement and this page differ on anything to do with the product, the agreement takes precedence.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Acceptable use
You may read this site, print or save pages from it, and share links to it. The short list below is what you may not do.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any system connected to it.
- Probe, scan or test the security of the site, other than by responsibly disclosing a finding to [email protected].
- Interfere with the site or degrade it for other people, including through automated requests at a rate that affects availability.
- Scrape or copy the content at scale, or reuse it to train a model or assemble a competing page, without written permission.
- Harvest email addresses or contact details from the site in order to send unsolicited messages.
- Submit anything through a form that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes someone else’s rights.
- Submit personal data about another person that you are not entitled to give us.
- Impersonate Takallam, or anyone associated with it.
We may restrict or block access where use breaches these terms or threatens the availability of the site, and we do not have to give notice before doing so.
Intellectual property
The Takallam name, the wordmark تكلّم, the logo, the interface designs, the product screenshots, the text on these pages and the code that renders them belong to Takallam or are licensed to it.
You get a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view the site and to print or download pages for your own reference or for an internal evaluation. That licence does not extend to republishing, resale, redistribution, or use of the material as training data.
Feedback
If you send us an idea, a feature request or a comment on the product, we may use it without obligation, payment or attribution. Please do not send anything confidential through a website form.
Other companies’ names
Third-party names that appear on this site — among them Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Salesforce, Vapi, Retell, Bland, PolyAI and ElevenLabs — are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify those products in comparisons. Their use implies no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement in either direction.
Comparisons on this site reflect our understanding of publicly available capability as at the date on this page. Capabilities change, and if you believe something is out of date, tell us at [email protected] and we will check it.
The waitlist creates no obligation
Joining the waitlist is not a contract, in either direction.
- It does not reserve capacity and does not guarantee you access.
- It does not fix a price. Any rate discussed before a signed agreement is an indication, not an offer.
- It does not oblige Takallam to provide the service to you.
- And it does not oblige you to buy anything.
Either side can walk away at any point, and neither owes the other anything for doing so. To be removed from the waitlist, email [email protected] and we will delete the entry.
Please give us accurate information when you submit the form. We rely on the channel and volume details you provide when we come back to you with a quote.
Statements about the product, and what they are not
This website is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not warrant that everything on it is complete or current at the moment you read it.
Forward-looking statements
Takallam is pre-launch. Parts of this site describe capability that exists today, and parts describe capability that is being built. Roadmap items, descriptions of what the product will do, and anything phrased in the future tense are statements of current intent — not commitments, and not part of any contract. What Takallam is contractually obliged to deliver is only ever what a signed agreement says it is.
Screenshots and figures
The product screens on this site are captures of a working prototype populated with sample data. The conversation counts, resolution rates, satisfaction scores, company names and personal names in those images are illustrative. They are not customer results and must not be quoted as such.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party site, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content, its accuracy or its privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Takallam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising out of your use of this website, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill, however caused.
Our total liability arising out of or in connection with this website — as distinct from a signed product agreement, which sets its own limits — is limited to the amount you have paid us in connection with this website, which for a visitor is nothing.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Privacy and what not to send us
How we handle personal data collected through this site — including waitlist submissions and emails — is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Where a business becomes a customer, the processing of its own customers’ data is governed by the data-processing terms in its signed agreement rather than by this page.
Do not submit sensitive personal data, credentials, payment card details or confidential commercial information through a form on this website. If you need to share something sensitive as part of a security or procurement review, email [email protected] and we will arrange a route for it.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
The courts of the United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.
If you access this site from outside the United Arab Emirates, you do so on your own initiative and you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The version published on this page is the current one, and it carries the date it took effect. We do not notify visitors individually when it changes, so check the date if it matters to you.
If you continue to use the site after a change, you accept the revised terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.
We may also change, suspend or withdraw any part of this website at any time, without notice.
The rest of it
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
No waiver
If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of it, and we may enforce it later.
Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms. We may transfer ours in connection with a reorganisation or a transfer of the business.
Entire terms
These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the whole of the agreement between you and Takallam in relation to this website.
