Takallam is pre-launch. We are onboarding a first group of UAE businesses now, and we would rather do it properly than quickly. Tell us which channels you need and roughly how much volume you handle, and we will come back with a rate against your real numbers.
Tell us what you need
The channel question is the one that matters. Pricing is per interaction and set separately for each channel, so knowing whether you need QR voice, chat, email, phone or all four is what makes the reply useful instead of generic.
Three things, in this order
No drip sequence, no webinar invitation. A person reads what you sent and replies to it.
A rate against your real volume
You gave us your channels and a volume band. We come back with a rate for that mix rather than a plan tier you have to fit yourself into. If the numbers do not work for you, that is a useful answer for both of us.
How pricing worksHelp scoping which channel goes first
Most businesses should not switch on all four at once. We look at where your questions actually arrive today — the phone line nobody can staff, the support inbox that never empties — and tell you which channel earns its keep first.
See how it worksThe early cohort shapes the roadmap
The first businesses on Takallam get a direct line to the people building it. What you need in the console, which systems you need connected, which dialects and edge cases matter — that is what gets built next.
Talk to usOne agent. Every channel.
Takallam answers your customers on a QR scan, inside your app, in your support inbox and on the phone — in English and Emirati Arabic. When it cannot help, your team takes over in the same conversation, with tickets, workflows and analytics behind it.
- Four channels, one agent, one record of the customer.
- A knowledge base built from your own website in the first hour.
- Emirati and Gulf dialect in voice and text, including customers who switch language mid-sentence.
- Data resident in the UAE region by default.

Fair questions
What happens after I join?
You get an email from a person, not a sequence. We ask what you already have in place — an existing phone line, a chat widget, a helpdesk you are paying for — and come back with a rate for the channels you picked and the volume you gave us.
When does Takallam launch?
We are onboarding a first cohort of UAE businesses now. We are not putting a public date on general availability, because a date we might miss is worth less to you than a place in the first group.
What will it cost?
You pay per interaction, and each channel is priced separately, because a voice minute and a chat message do not cost the same to deliver. There are no per-seat licences and no minimum commitment. Exact rates are being set with the first cohort — which is what the volume question on this form is for.
Am I committing to anything?
No. The waitlist is not an order, a deposit or a contract, and there is no card involved. You are telling us what you need so we can tell you what it would cost.
What do you do with my details?
We use them to contact you about Takallam and nothing else. No lists, no resale, no partner emails. The data sits in the UAE region, and you can ask us to delete it at any point.
Would you rather just talk to someone?
If you have a specific setup in mind — an existing number you want pointed at us, a helpdesk you are already paying for, QR codes across forty rooms — tell us and we will answer directly.
